Refund policy

Pine Outdoor Apparel has a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days to return your items for store credit or exchange only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-returnable items
Clearance or Red-Line items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (ex. beauty products, sunscreen or aloe, hand sanitizer). Any items with clear signs of use or wear will not be eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
Eligible returns will be applied to a Pine Outdoor Apparel gift card for store credit.
